Seeking Bar Supervisor (1.5+ Years of Experience)

Location: Waterfront Barangaroo

Type: Full-time

 

love.fish, one of Sydney’s premier seafood restaurants, is seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to join our team. If you’re passionate about creating exceptional beverage experiences and managing a high-energy bar, we want to hear from you!

 

Position: Bar Manager

 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

• Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver high-quality service.

• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure the bar is fully equipped at all times.

• Design and curate cocktail menus in collaboration with the beverage team.

• Ensure compliance with RSA regulations and all health and safety standards.

• Provide outstanding customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests.

• Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to enhance the overall guest experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of bar management experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Experience in inventory management and cost control.

• A current RSA certificate is required.
